Molly Adamo
Co-Director / Occupational Therapist

Molly is a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) who has been working clinically with children since graduating in 2013. She has experience working in both government and non-government roles across a range of settings including clinic, hospital, community, home, child care, school and education settings. 

Molly is relationship focused and passionate about providing individualised interventions for each client and their unique journey. She values the strength community brings to therapy and utilises a family-centred approach that partners with families and the entire team around the child to achieve goals.

Molly enjoys working in a child’s natural environments on functional activities of daily living and enhancing everyday learning opportunities to increase development.

She has specific expertise in working in early intervention for children with additional needs, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or have low vision, global developmental delays or are Autistic.

Lucy Farran
Co-Director / Occupational Therapist

Lucy has been working clinically as an Occupational Therapist (OT) since graduating in 2012. Lucy completed her Masters in Orientation and Mobility (O&M) in 2016. She was inspired to become O&M specialised because of her passion for working with children who have low vision. Since 2016 she has been providing both OT and O&M support to children. 

Lucy has experience working in both government and non-government roles across a range of settings including clinic, community, home, child care, school and education settings.

Lucy would describe her approach when working with children and their families as fun, supportive and considered. She particularly enjoys community work and believes that it is when working in environments that are important to the child that the most meaningful achievements occur.

Lucy has specific expertise in working in early intervention for children with additional needs, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or have low vision, global developmental delays or are Autistic.

Rebecca Parris
Occupational Therapist

Rebecca is a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) who has been working with children and families since graduating in 2009. She has experience working across a range of settings including; clinic, community, home, child care and education settings. Rebecca has also managed and clinically supervised various occupational therapists and other allied health professionals.

Rebecca has specific expertise in working in early intervention for children with additional needs, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or have low vision, or global developmental delays.

Rebecca engages in therapy from a play based and strengths based approach and enjoys working together with a child and their community (parents, family, education setting) to support their identified goals.

Rebecca is currently studying a Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) and believes this will support her practice in working with children and families into the future.

Grace Kircher
Speech Pathologist

Grace is a Speech Pathologist who has been working clinically with children since graduating from La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2011. She is a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Grace has experience working in various not for profit disability services in Victoria and South Australia across a range of settings including clinic, community, home, child care and education settings. Grace has also managed and clinically supervised various speech pathologists and other allied health professionals.

Grace is a flexible, engaged and strength based practitioner. She prides herself in joining a child and their family along their individual journey, which has been further highlighted since Grace became a parent herself. Grace sees the strong relationship between working with families in their own environment and successful child outcomes.

Grace has specific expertise in working with young children, complex conditions and diagnoses, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) paediatric feeding.

Olivia Klemm
Speech Pathologist

Olivia is passionate about supporting children and their families in a holistic, family-centred approach. She is excited to work with clients in their home or community-based environments as this allows for their goals to be targeted in a functional and meaningful way. 

Olivia has experience mentoring and supporting early career speech pathologists and loves working in collaboration with other health professionals to support joint clients. She would describe her therapy approach as flexible, relationship-centred and fun. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her two little boys and partner, taking them to playgrounds and spending as much time outside as they can.
