WE’RE HIRING: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST AND SPEECH PATHOLOGIST:
We are looking for kind-hearted, dynamic and holistic therapists who are just as passionate about their work as we are!
Full-time, part-time or contracted work – this role is extremely flexible and can be negotiated as to what will suit you best. You will have flexibility in managing your own schedule, with administration support also provided.
Generous remuneration commensurate with your skills and experience.
We are a small, supportive team and collaborate regularly, in-person and virtually. Frequent team meetings and supervision provided. We recognise formal professional development as essential to staff growth and a training allowance will be negotiated within your salary package.
Community based role, working with children and families in their natural environments (e.g. home, education settings).
We provide both assessments and therapy to children and their families, predominantly in the early years (0-9) however also currently servicing clients up to the age of 18.

Variety and flexibility with your case load – we will work with you to ensure you are supporting clients who match your skills, experience and interest areas.
We have reasonable KPI expectations due to a strong focus on quality service and maintenance of a healthy work life balance for staff.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
AHPRA registration (for OT applicants)
SPA membership (for SP applicants)
Department for Human Services Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply)
Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect certificate (or willingness to complete)
Driver’s license with your own vehicle
